How to measure Continuous Delivery

Google trend shows the increasing popularity of “Continuous Delivery” in the industry.. while its combination of cultural shift and proper tooling, thought having some measurement is necessary for the organizations and created a recommendation below. I’m almost certain that most of the organizations adopted one or the other ALM platform to help improving their ALM maturity, however, none of them would offer these metrics out of the box. Seems to be an opportunity for someone..

What does it mean? what does the future look like?

You will deploy to production at least once a day. In order to accomplish that, you can’t have pipeline broken for more than 2 hours. Engineering cycle time is 4 days, which means your stories should be INVEST¬†quality and mostly automated pipeline.

For sure, there is a lot of room for improvement, if you got a better one..lets evolve something together..
